Clients must make payments within the timeline communicated by our team. Full or partial advance payment may be required depending on the package, destination, season, and service type selected at the time of booking.
Cancellation charges may apply as per airline, hotel, transport, visa, or third-party supplier rules. Refund timelines may vary and will be processed only after receiving confirmation from the concerned service provider.
Passports, visas, identity proofs, permits, and other travel documents are the sole responsibility of the traveler. Yaara Travels will not be responsible for losses arising from incomplete, invalid, or delayed documentation.
Travel schedules, hotel options, transport arrangements, and sightseeing plans may change due to weather, local conditions, government regulations, operational requirements, or circumstances beyond our control.
Yaara Travels acts as a travel facilitator and shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, baggage loss, natural disasters, political disturbances, or service issues caused by third-party providers.
